Business Administrator Apprenticeship

This Apprenticeship Programme is an exciting opportunity to kick start your career with Stellantis, one of the world’s leading automaker and mobility tech companies. We’re looking for a highly motivated candidate to become a qualified Business Administrator and develop a long term career with an ambitious brand.

The Role of a Business Administrator:

A Business Administrator ensures the day-to-day running of the office to make sure things run smoothly. The right candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a sense of responsibility. Your exact duties will depend on your employer and the department you’re working in, but could include:

  • Typing up board meeting documents
  • Putting financial information together in spreadsheets
  • Producing reports for a senior manager
  • Sending the daily post
  • Photocopying confidential documents
  • Responding to emails and post

During your apprenticeship you may be placed in any of the following departments:

  • Sales
  • Distribution
  • Marketing
  • Network Development
  • Finance
  • Parts and Service
  • Technical Centre

Working Week

A typical working week could be 40 hours Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm. However, each of our Dealers will have different requirements.

Your Development and Future Prospects

The Programme typically lasts between 18 and 31 months depending on the career path chosen and you’ll achieve a nationally recognised qualification.

Your development is supported throughout your Stellantis Apprenticeship journey, with your learning focused towards achieving your qualification. This will provide the foundation to develop your career, as there are lots of opportunities within our expanding Dealer Network to progress and move into new roles once you’re qualified.

Qualification: Level 3 Business and Administration

Salary: Our employers determine the level of pay our learners receive. All employers are required to pay, at least, The National Minimum Wage of £4.81 per hour.

Entry requirements

Age: 16+

Qualifications: GCSE (or equivalent) Level 4 plus in Maths and English

Predicted grades are accepted

Equivalent grades include:

  • BTEC first diplomas and certificates
  • OCR Nationals
  • Key Skills Level 2
  • NVQs
  • Essential Skills (Wales)
  • Functional Skills Level 2
  • Core Skills (Scotland)

In Scotland, applicants must have or be predicted to achieve National 4 or above in English and Maths and either a Science or Technical subject. Standard Grades 1-4 and Intermediates are also accepted.
